Marketing Coordinator – Sydney

The Role:

Take the next step in your career with this newly created position, offering an exceptional opportunity to work across a variety of marketing activities in a fast moving and growing business. We’re on the lookout for a great all-rounder combining a proactive, hands-on work style with strong communication skills. Key will be identifying, developing and delivering new communication opportunities and getting the maximum return from campaign budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our in-house graphic designer to develop creative from internal briefs
  • Review copy and design, and approve with creative prior to sharing with the wider team
  • Support the PR content plan and campaign delivery including customer testimonials
  • Proof reading and copy writing skills for website content, social media and other collateral
  • Update marketing calendar with upcoming events, campaigns, and other promo items
  • Support with communication to states on upcoming new collateral, campaigns etc.
  • Manage relationship with our storage and print partners
  • Track estimates costs for all activity as well as process invoices and monitor spend

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally you will have had 2 previous years marketing experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding relationship and communication skills
  • You thrive in a busy, dynamic and high pressure environment
  • You think laterally to meet deadlines and produce quality work under pressure
  • Exceptional presentation and influencing skills
  • You can work autonomously but love working in a team
  • Current Australian Driver’s License with registered and reliable vehicle

Disability Support Worker

Our Disability Support Workers are required, but not limited to provide domestic assistance, personal care, community and social activities as well as general support to our customers in their every-day living.

What are we looking for?

  • Certificate IV in Disability
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Current Australian Driver’s License with registered and reliable vehicle

  • Minimum (three) week days’ availability
